By exploring possibilities in integrating e-services amongst the public, private and people sectors involving related activities or customers, the Government aims to- deliver more convenience to the public;
- create new business opportunities for the private sector; and
- achieve operational efficiency gains in the public service.

some examples of 3P Integration projects that
the Government is embarking on?
Some examples of 3P Integration projects in the pipeline include:- Integrated Trade & Logistics IT Platform
Led by Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), an integrated platform will be developed to help manage the flow of commercial and regulatory information across related government agencies (such as customs), shippers, freight forwarders, carriers and financial institutions so as to facilitate the flow of goods within, through and out of Singapore. - National Electronic Bills Payment Hub
Jointly driven by the Ministry of Finance and the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, the payment hub will provide a one-stop portal for the presentment and payment of government bills and private sector bills through electronic means.

Partnership (PPP)?
PPP refers to a procurement strategy that involves strategic partnership between government agencies and the private sector in the delivery of services. Such collaboration may or may not involve integrating public sector services with private/people sector services, which is the focus of 3P Integration.
- How is 3P Integration different from The
Enterprise Challenge (TEC)?
TEC is an initiative which funds innovations that can bring about quantum leap improvements in the delivery of public services. Such innovations may or may not involve integrating public sector services with private/people sector services, which is the focus of 3P Integration.
Where 3P Integration ideas meet the criteria of TEC, TEC funding may be sought.
- How does 3P Integration fit into Singapore
e-Government Action Plan II (eGAP II)?
3P Integration fully supports eGAP II in achieving the “Delighted Customers” outcome by integrating public sector services with private/people services for the convenience of our customers.
- Who will own a 3P integrated e-service?
A 3P integrated e-service may be owned by the public sector or private/people sectors depending on the nature of the integration and the interests of the parties involved.
